Privacy Policy

Last updated: [December 2025]

This Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit our site, contact us, work with us as a client, partner, freelancer, or join our Talent Network.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for site functioning and—if you agree—non-essential cookies/analytics to understand usage and improve content. You can accept/decline and withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (access controls, encryption in transit where available, least-privilege, backups, vendor due diligence) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.

Talent Network

What we collect. Name, contact details, location, portfolio/CV links, skills/roles, day rates, availability, languages, references, and any notes you share.

  • review your profile and match you with projects (legitimate interests);

  • contact you about suitable opportunities (legitimate interests);

  • contract and pay you when booked (contract);

  • send open calls/updates only if you opt in (consent).
    Sharing. We may share a short profile (name, role, portfolio link, skills, indicative rate/availability) with potential/current clients strictly to assess fit, and we use vetted processors (hosting/forms/PM tools) under Art. 28 contracts.
    International transfers. If tools are outside the EEA, we rely on SCCs and safeguards.
    Retention. Up to 3 years from last interaction (delete sooner on request). If we work together, certain records (e.g., invoices) are kept up to 10 years for legal reasons.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites/tools. Their privacy terms apply when you use them.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced here with a new “Last updated” date.
